Few instances of non-refund include plants damaged after delivery due to non-watering or not providing the needed care. Refund, exchange or credit can be made where goods are faulty, different to the product purchased or don’t perform as advertised.
If buyers receive a faulty good or product that is different from what they originally ordered, they can avail of our Refund policy. Buyers are advised to pick their items with considerable care as we have a strict policy against refunding for wrong decision making. Refund will not be available in cases where a product is damaged after delivery because of carelessness or negligence.
